2000-present: Leslie/ Linton Entertainment ,Inc: Managing Director responsible for overseeing the company's investments in entertainment companies and properties. Acts as chief operating officer for Red Sky Entertainment in which Leslie / Linton has a substantial equity interest. Red Sky Entertainment creates and markets branded entertainment properties for children and young adults.
1988- 1999: Private Law Practice specializing in the entertainment field:
. Represented clients in the film, music, television, new technologies and product licensing industries, advising them on legal and business
issues relating to production, financing, artist relations and ancillary rights;
. Served as consultant to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences;
The United Nations Association of the United States of America;
The New School for Social Research; and Communications Equity Associates, a
major media investment firm..
. Taught courses in entertainment law at The New School for Social Research
and the New York School of Visual Arts.
1986-1988: Tomorrow Entertainment, Inc. President.
. The company produced television programs and theatrical features.
1981-1985: MGM. President of MGM/UA HOME VIDEO . Directed the Company's worldwide activities in the marketing and distribution of videocassettes and videodiscs, product acquisition, and the development of original programming for the ancillary markets. In 1982 the Company was successfully taken public and traded on the NY Stock Exchange until all of its shares were re-acquired by MGM in 1985.
1977-1981: CBS, INC. While with CBS held the following positions:
. General Counsel to the CBS Records Group responsible for worldwide legal operations. Managed a staff of forty attorneys and support personnel. During this time was also responsible for overseeing CBS' corporate International legal matters.
. Executive Vice President, Business Affairs CBS Video Enterprises. Participated in the establishment of the Division which became the predecessor to MGM/UA Home Entertainment Group.
1975-1976: Xerox Corporation. Mid-Atlantic Regional Counsel in Washington, DC.

1969- 1975: General Electric Company. While with GE held the following positions:
Attorney Re-Entry and Environmental Systems Division.
General Counsel General Learning Corporation ( A joint venture between GE and Time Inc.).
Counsel with GE's International Division.
1964-1969: Private Law Practice in Philadelphia with the firm of Folz, Bard, Kamsler, Goodis and Greenfield specializing in corporate and real estate law.
Education-Muhlenberg College 1961 AB Cum Laude.
