Charles R. Serrano Charles R. Serrano has been a relentless community leader. He founded and became Chairman of non for profit organizations (Government Funded) in New York City upon his return from the Viet Nam war, managing budgets and overseer of all employees and operation of the organizations. Charlie Serrano later joined the ranks of the New York ity Police Department achieving the assignments of the Department's elite Intelligence Division protecting Head of States. Among his many other achievements he was the Security Director for a federally funded entity where he trained and managed a force of eighty employees. As an entrepreneur he owns and operates three corporations in different business fields. His interest in the Film and Musical Productions began in 1990, when he met Mr. Frazier Prince while undertaking the filming of the production of the movie "Crack Down Big City Blues". This Film introduced Mr. Serrano to the movie production community. As a member of the Production Team he assisted with the casting as well as played a role in the film. Mr. Serrano later was featured in a musical video performed by the Hip Hop group, "2B", which was Produced and Directed by Frazier Prince. Mr. Serrano have embark on other projects with Frazier Prince to include the "Pocono's Films Festival" where the World Premiere screening of the "Amadou Diallo Story" was presented, and others musical and film interest. |
