Jagged depicts a New York City Homicide Detective Specialist, Detective Raymond O’Donnell, who is summonsed to a small resort town in Jaegersville, Pennsylvania to investigate the murder of a New York City teenage runaway connected to a string of murders committed by a vicious serial killer.
